Our client is the largest maritime safety company globally, setting the standard for innovation in design and engineering.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert product and service information, addressing complex customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Process quotes and orders, including custom requests, and coordinate with relevant teams for delivery.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up actions, ensuring exceptional service to foster loyalty.
  • Uphold company policies and safety standards, contributing to an inclusive team environment and completing any additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Nitec and above
  • At least 2 years of customer relationship management experience in the Marine or Aviation industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, capable of navigating complex information and adapting strategies as situations change.

Salary: $3,000 to $3,500
