HR Development & Analytics Manager (West, Hybrid)

Our client is an investment company offering an extensive range of food and beverage services, including manufacturing, logistics, and retail operations.

Responsibilities:

• Use data analytics to guide HR decisions, improving workforce efficiency.
• Innovate HR processes by leveraging technology and streamlining operations.
• Maintain stakeholders updated and engaged by communicating changes effectively.

Requirements:

• Batchelor degree in Business or human resource management
• least 5 years of work experience in HR transformation, workforce analytics, or process improvement.
• Solid understanding of HR functions, including staffing, employee relations, benefits administration, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.

Salary: $5,000 to $6,000
