HR Generalist (E-Commerce / Tech, East)

Our client is retailer designed to be a premium omni-channel shopping destination for both travellers and non-travellers. It prioritizes eCommerce and innovation and service excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and collaboration with hiring managers.
• Improve onboarding and offboarding for a positive employee experience, coordinating with teams for seamless transitions.
• Handle payroll processes, including wages and deductions, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining attention to detail.
• Update HR policies and procedures to comply with employment laws and data privacy standards.
• Manage HR data and analytics, generate reports for decision-making, and enhance HR processes for efficiency while overseeing office supplies.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration,
• At least 6 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in E-Commerce or Tech sector.
• Experience in recruitment and handling employee relations, including resolving conflicts.
• Strong understanding of HRIS, payroll, benefits, and compliance, along with knowledge of local employment laws.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Salary: $5,500 to $6,500
