IT Engineer (MIS, ITIL)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support the IT help desk services to ensure services are delivered to meet business needs and expectations, within SLA standards.
• Install and configure hardware and software applications and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure their smooth functioning and perform system backups and disaster recovery procedures.

Requirements:

• ITIL Certification
• Diploma in Computer Science and above.
• At least 5 years of MIS experience with Windows Servers, Active Directory, Router, and Network Switches.

Salary: $5,000 to $7,500
