M&E Manager (Tender, Building Construction)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Overall responsible for tender submission for M&E works from interpretation of specifications, compliances, terms and conditions, drawings and any other relevant document.
• Handle tender clarifications, investigation of clarification response by communicating with relevant stakeholders.
• Support in preparation of presentation slide, technical write up for tender interview.
• Offer Value Engineering solution for MEP works.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 8 years of tender preparation experience in Building Construction Projects.
• Good technical knowledge in M&E works.

Salary: $10,000 to $11,000
