Architectural Supervisor (Construction, BCA CONQUAS)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Review, coordinate, and generate architectural works, including shop drawings, while supervising sub-contractors on-site.
• Ensure compliance with architectural specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Coordinate architectural services with other trades on-site and manage scheduling, material requisition, and cost control.
• Oversee project supervision, documentation, and ensure adherence to project quality and timeline requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience as an Architectural Supervisor in the Construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Building Codes, local quality standards, and BCA CONQUAS.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and quality mark assessments in the construction sector.

Salary: $4,000 to $5,500
