Laundry Assistant (Nursing Home, North, 6 days)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute laundry and linens.
• Operate and maintain laundry machines, ensuring proper usage of detergents and cleaning agents.
• Check torn linen to see if it can be repaired or discarded, and help with mending if needed.
• Inspect clothing and linens for damages or stains, reporting issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area, following hygiene and infection control guidelines.

Requirements:

• PSLE or equivalent
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience
• Understanding of hygiene and infection control procedures.

Salary: $1,500 to $1,800
