Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR solutions to support business growth, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and benefits administration.
- Support talent acquisition and workforce planning, aligning staffing needs with company objectives.
- Manage performance reviews, salary adjustments, and generate HR reports to provide insights for decision-making.
- Focus on designing training programs that enhance employee skills, career development, and build a high-performance workforce.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive divisional performance and profitability, aligning HR strategies with business goals.
Requirements:
- Degree in HR or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of HR Generalist experience in an MNC manufacturing environment within the Aerospace Industry.
- Expertise in HR practices with the ability to provide solutions in a fast-paced and complex setting.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environment.
Salary: $4,000 to $5,500
