Sales Manager (Marine, up to $10,000)

Responsibilities:

• Administer all direct sales channels and the procedures related to bidding which is essential for the operation.
• Engage with designated or agreed-upon clients or prospects to advertise business offerings in a particular region or industry.
• Focuses on reaching personal sales targets, developing new business prospects, building connections with customers, and effectively addressing specific customer issues.
• Create product and service solutions, along with customized contract conditions, that satisfy clients’ mid- to long-term needs while taking into account the advice of relevant internal specialists.
• Present the proposed solution to client representatives, then negotiate a deal within predetermined commercial constraints.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above.
• At least 5 years of sales management experience in IT industry.
• Good leadership skills with a successful track record of leading and managing sales teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyse market data
• Strong knowledge in ERP, SaaS and other IT solutions.

Salary: $7,000 to $10,000
