Project Executive (Furniture, Commercial Interior Design)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for design and specification works on typical system configuration and floor plan layout.
• Create Bill of Quantities as per client’s requirements and provide overall drafting and design work for all tender/project requirements based on customer’s information and specifications.
• Present space planning solutions and produce 2D drawings and 3D renderings design proposal for sales team.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on any sales proposals provided to clients.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Interior Design/Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of doing Quantity and Material estimation for Commercial Interior Design.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator.

Salary: $2,500 to $3,500
