Construction Manager (Maincon, CSCPM)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Overall responsible for construction projects and oversee its organization, scheduling, and implementation.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of projects from manpower planning, construction progress monitoring, preparation of master schedule and cost control.
• Ensure to practice effectively safe and economical methodology and enforces project standards.
• Work closely with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, relevant authorities and developers in resolving site issues and authorities’ compliance issue.

Requirements:

• CSCPM Certified.
• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of managerial experience in the Construction industry.

Salary: $5,000 to $8,000
