IT Engineer (Infor M3)

Our client is a premier supplier of indirect industrial supplies essential materials.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Analyze incidents to identify root causes, solutions, and provide reports.
• Assess business needs and manage user access in ERP and CRM systems.
• Oversee software development, including design, testing, and documentation.
• Track IT tasks, resolve issues, and report project status.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and deliver excellent customer service.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience managing databases in Infor M3
• Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server and SQL scripting.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly explain complex IT concepts.

Salary: $4,500 to $5,000
