Customer Service Executive (Aviation / Marine, Woodlands, up to $3,500)

Our client is delivering innovative solutions for the marine and aviation sectors.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding services, bookings, and products related to marine or aviation operations.
• Assist customers with the booking and ordering process, ensuring all details are captured accurately.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively, escalating issues when necessary.

Requirements:

• Nitec and above
• At least 2 years of customer service experience in Marine or Aviation sector.
• Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues and providing solutions.

Salary: $3,000 to $3,500
