Deputy General Manager, Operations (Woodlands, up to $12,000)

Our client is a non-profit organization in Woodlands, where they strive to make a meaningful impact in our community.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor operational staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Work with the finance team to develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and sustainability.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including funders, community partners, and volunteers.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic goals.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks to protect the organization’s assets and reputation.

Requirements:

• Degree and above.
• At least 5 years of experience in a senior operational role, preferably in a non-profit organization or social service sector.
• Strong understanding of nonprofit financial management and fundraising strategies.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.

Salary: $9,000 to $12,000
