Merchandising Coordinator (Ladies Apparel)

Our client is an established retailer specializing in ladies apparel.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Liaise with overseas suppliers regarding shipment deliveries and prepare monthly documentation for shipping insurance.
• Update purchase order confirmations and assist in allocation planning and stock transfers for new product launches.
• Monitor overall stock movement to ensure availability across e-commerce and online channels, and maintain pricing records.
• Prepare and conduct monthly training sessions for Promoters on seasonal and new products.

Requirements:

• GCE N Level and above
• At 2 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in MS Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.

Salary: $2,400 to $3,000
